Guided by a sensitivity to rhythm, form, and texture, his practice moves fluidly between painting, sculpture, and installation, each work unfolding as a meditation on place, identity and the passing of time.
Rooted in the richness of Indonesian visual traditions yet open to contemporary sensibilities, his early explorations drew from local mythologies, street culture, and the layered landscapes of his surroundings. As his work evolves, there remains a consistent engagement with the interplay between personal narrative and collective memory – a dialogue that invites viewers to linger, observe, and feel.
His recent notable presentations include: Mizuma Art Gallery (2023), ISEN-ISEN at CG Art Space (2024), Artjog (2025) ArtJakarta Garden (2025), as well as his acclaimed solo exhibition Blue Hour Dance (on-going) at Dröm Space + Gallery – an atmospheric journey into the liminal space of twilight, where light fades but memory glows.
